Colonel Mohan Singh Assumes Charge as District Sainik Welfare Officer in Phalodi, Reaffirms Commitment to Ex-Servicemen
Phalodi, Rajasthan: A significant transition took place at the District Sainik Welfare Office in Phalodi as Colonel Mohan Singh officially assumed charge as the new District Sainik Welfare Officer. The occasion was marked by a warm welcome and felicitation ceremony organized under the banner of the Akhil Bharatiya Poorv Sainik Seva Parishad, Phalodi.
Colonel Mohan Singh was welcomed with a traditional Rajasthani safa and floral garland by members of the ex-servicemen fraternity and dignitaries. The ceremony also marked the farewell of outgoing District Sainik Welfare Officer Colonel Satvinder Singh, who has been transferred to Bhilwara after serving the ex-servicemen community in Phalodi.
Speaking on the occasion, Colonel Mohan Singh expressed his gratitude for the warm reception and said it was an honour to take over the responsibility of serving the veterans, Veer Naris, serving soldiers’ families, and dependents in the district. He assured that the District Sainik Welfare Office would remain fully committed to addressing the concerns of ex-servicemen in a transparent, timely, and compassionate manner.
He emphasized that the welfare of veterans and their families would remain his top priority and that every effort would be made to ensure they receive the benefits and assistance provided under various government welfare schemes. Colonel Mohan Singh also called upon ex-servicemen to maintain close coordination with the District Sainik Welfare Office so that their issues could be resolved efficiently.
Outgoing officer Colonel Satvinder Singh thanked the ex-servicemen, office staff, and members of the Akhil Bharatiya Poorv Sainik Seva Parishad for their cooperation during his tenure and wished Colonel Mohan Singh success in his new assignment.
The event was attended by Akhil Bharatiya Poorv Sainik Seva Parishad District President Ranidan Singh, State Vice President Heera Ram Bishnoi, Vijay Singh Bamanu, Ram Singh, Gyan Singh, Karan Singh, Bhanwar Singh, Jayaram Meghwal, Jassa Ram, Madhu Singh Devda, and several ex-servicemen and dignitaries, who extended their best wishes to the newly appointed District Sainik Welfare Officer.
The ceremony reflected the strong bond between the armed forces fraternity and the ex-servicemen community, while reaffirming the commitment of the District Sainik Welfare Department towards the welfare and dignity of those who have served the nation.
कर्नल मोहन सिंह ने फलोदी में जिला सैनिक कल्याण अधिकारी के रूप में संभाला कार्यभार, पूर्व सैनिकों के हितों को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता देने का दिया भरोसा
फलोदी (राजस्थान): फलोदी जिला सैनिक कल्याण विभाग में प्रशासनिक बदलाव के तहत कर्नल मोहन सिंह ने जिला सैनिक कल्याण अधिकारी के रूप में अपना कार्यभार ग्रहण कर लिया। इस अवसर पर अखिल भारतीय पूर्व सैनिक सेवा परिषद, फलोदी के बैनर तले उनका भव्य स्वागत एवं अभिनंदन किया गया। उन्हें पारंपरिक राजस्थानी साफा एवं पुष्पमाला पहनाकर सम्मानित किया गया।
कार्यभार ग्रहण समारोह के दौरान स्थानांतरित होकर भीलवाड़ा जा रहे पूर्व जिला सैनिक कल्याण अधिकारी कर्नल सतविंदर सिंह को भी भावभीनी विदाई दी गई। उपस्थित पूर्व सैनिकों एवं गणमान्य नागरिकों ने उनके कार्यकाल की सराहना करते हुए नई जिम्मेदारी के लिए शुभकामनाएं दीं।
अपने संबोधन में कर्नल मोहन सिंह ने कहा कि फलोदी जिले के पूर्व सैनिकों, वीर नारियों, सेवारत सैनिकों के परिजनों एवं आश्रितों के कल्याण के लिए वे पूरी निष्ठा और समर्पण के साथ कार्य करेंगे। उन्होंने भरोसा दिलाया कि जिला सैनिक कल्याण विभाग का प्रत्येक द्वार पूर्व सैनिकों की समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए सदैव खुला रहेगा तथा उनकी समस्याओं का त्वरित एवं संवेदनशील तरीके से निराकरण किया जाएगा।
उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार द्वारा संचालित सैनिक कल्याण योजनाओं का लाभ प्रत्येक पात्र पूर्व सैनिक एवं उनके परिवार तक पहुंचाना उनकी प्राथमिकता होगी। साथ ही उन्होंने पूर्व सैनिकों से विभाग के साथ निरंतर संवाद बनाए रखने का आह्वान किया, ताकि उनकी समस्याओं का समयबद्ध समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जा सके।
इस अवसर पर स्थानांतरित जिला सैनिक कल्याण अधिकारी कर्नल सतविंदर सिंह ने अपने कार्यकाल के दौरान मिले सहयोग के लिए पूर्व सैनिकों, परिषद के पदाधिकारियों एवं विभागीय कर्मचारियों का आभार व्यक्त किया और कर्नल मोहन सिंह को नई जिम्मेदारी के लिए शुभकामनाएं दीं।
समारोह में अखिल भारतीय पूर्व सैनिक सेवा परिषद के जिला अध्यक्ष राणीदान सिंह, प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष हीराराम बिश्नोई, विजयसिंह बामणू, रामसिंह, ज्ञानसिंह, करणसिंह, भंवरसिंह, जयराम मेघवाल, जस्साराम, माधुसिंह देवड़ा सहित बड़ी संख्या में पूर्व सैनिक एवं गणमान्य नागरिक उपस्थित रहे।
कार्यक्रम सौहार्दपूर्ण वातावरण में संपन्न हुआ और सभी उपस्थितजनों ने विश्वास व्यक्त किया कि कर्नल मोहन सिंह के नेतृत्व में फलोदी जिला सैनिक कल्याण विभाग पूर्व सैनिकों एवं उनके परिवारों के हितों की रक्षा तथा उनकी समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए और अधिक प्रभावी ढंग से कार्य करेगा।
