Daniyal Gilani made OSD; Ahmad Tarar made Punjab info secy, DGPR

Ex-DGPR Rubina Afzal transferred, directed to report to S&GAD

The Punjab Information Department has undergone major changes with the replacement of key officials. Information Secretary Daniyal Saleem Gilani has been made an officer on special duty (OSD), while the director general of public relations has also been replaced.

Ahmad Aziz Tarar has been appointed as the new information secretary and also given the charge of DGPR. Tarar brings a wealth of experience to the role and is expected to lead the department with dedication and efficiency. 

Additionally, Rubina Afzal, the former DGPR, has been transferred and directed to report to the department, signalling the conclusion of her tenure. 

Ahmad Aziz Tarar was serving as member of Punjab Planning and Development Board.
