Daylight Hooliganism in Bikaner: Armed Attack on Young Man Outside SBI Bank, Video Goes Viral
Bikaner: In a shocking incident of daylight hooliganism that has sent shockwaves across Bikaner city, armed assailants attacked a young man in broad daylight near Gautam Circle, under the jurisdiction of Jai Narayan Vyas Colony police station. The brazen attack took place on Wednesday afternoon, right outside the premises of the State Bank of India (SBI), leaving residents and bystanders stunned.
The victim, identified as Vikas, was assaulted by a group of armed men who arrived in two camper vehicles. Eyewitnesses reported that the attackers surrounded Vikas near the busy Gautam Circle and launched a violent assault, brandishing weapons and creating an atmosphere of panic among passersby. The attackers appeared fearless, carrying out the assault in a crowded area without hesitation.
According to initial police investigations, the attack appears to be linked to a financial dispute or personal enmity. Jai Narayan Vyas Colony police station in-charge, along with police personnel, reached the spot soon after receiving information about the incident. The area was quickly cordoned off, and the situation brought under control.

बीकानेर। बीकानेर शहर में बुधवार दोपहर जो नजारा देखने को मिला, उसने शहरवासियों के दिलों में दहशत भर दी। जय नारायण व्यास कॉलोनी थाना क्षेत्र के गौतम सर्कल के पास एसबीआई बैंक के बाहर दिनदहाड़े एक युवक पर हथियारबंद बदमाशों ने हमला कर दिया। इस पूरी घटना का वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर तेजी से वायरल हो रहा है, जिसने पूरे इलाके में सनसनी फैला दी है।
हमले में घायल युवक की पहचान विकास के रूप में हुई है। प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों के अनुसार, दो कैंपर गाड़ियों में सवार होकर आए युवकों ने विकास को घेर लिया और उस पर हथियारों से हमला कर दिया। हमलावरों के हाथों में हथियार देखकर राहगीरों में अफरा-तफरी मच गई। चंद मिनटों में बदमाश घटना को अंजाम देकर मौके से फरार हो गए।
पुलिस की प्रारंभिक जांच में यह मामला आपसी लेनदेन या पुराने विवाद से जुड़ा बताया जा रहा है। हमले की सूचना मिलते ही व्यास कॉलोनी थाना अधिकारी अपनी टीम के साथ मौके पर पहुंचे और स्थिति को नियंत्रित किया। पुलिस ने घटनास्थल को घेर लिया और पूरे इलाके में सघन तलाशी अभियान शुरू कर दिया है।
घटना के आसपास लगे सीसीटीवी कैमरों की फुटेज खंगाली जा रही है। पुलिस सूत्रों के अनुसार, कुछ संदिग्धों की पहचान कर ली गई है और उनकी तलाश में दबिश दी जा रही है।
एसबीआई बैंक और गौतम सर्कल जैसे भीड़भाड़ वाले इलाके में दिनदहाड़े इस तरह का हमला शहर में कानून व्यवस्था पर सवाल खड़े कर रहा है। स्थानीय लोगों में इस घटना को लेकर भारी आक्रोश है। लोगों का कहना है कि बदमाशों के हौसले इतने बुलंद हो गए हैं कि वे खुलेआम भीड़ के बीच हथियार लेकर घूम रहे हैं और हमला कर रहे हैं।
घटना का वीडियो वायरल होने के बाद पुलिस प्रशासन पर कार्रवाई का दबाव बढ़ गया है। पुलिस अधिकारियों का कहना है कि दोषियों को जल्द गिरफ्तार कर कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी। वहीं, आमजन से भी अपील की गई है कि यदि किसी के पास घटना से संबंधित कोई जानकारी हो तो पुलिस को तुरंत सूचित करें।
इस घटना ने शहर में बढ़ती आपराधिक गतिविधियों पर एक बार फिर से चिंता बढ़ा दी है। लोगों का कहना है कि यदि पुलिस समय रहते सख्त कार्रवाई नहीं करती है, तो ऐसे अपराधियों के हौसले और बढ़ सकते हैं।
