Dr. Sarita Jain is promoted to the post of Professor.
Dr. Sarita Jain is an Associate Professor and officiating Principal in the Department of English Government College, Chaksu, Jaipur, Rajasthan. (India). Her teaching experience covers a span of 28 years. Her research papers consisting 45 in number are published in various national, international journals, UGC care listed journals and books. Her papers are also published in Jadila, published from Indonesia, American Research Journal, published from Chicago, USA Global Net newspaper from Bangladesh and Zurumpat Italy. She has attended and presented papers in several national and international Conference and Seminars. . She has been the Master Trainer of Global Skills Enhancement Program, a collaborative initiative of Infosys and Commisionerate College Education, Rajasthan. In this capacity she trained many students in English Language Employability Skills. As a result a great number of students received employment in various Multinational Companies. She is also trained by Project Hi-Tech in Teaching English Communicatively, a joint venture of US Embassy and Department of Higher Education, Rajasthan. She is also actively involved in writing poetry on Online Poetry Platforms. She has authored two books and edited nine books. She was awarded Post Doctorate by Indian Council of Social Science Research New Delhi in 2015. She is credited with one Major and one Minor project awarded by UGC. She is also the Honorary member of Editorial Board of IJBST group of Journals, member of Editorial Board of Kambohwell Publishers Multan, Pakistan and Reviewer member of IJCRT group of Journals, JETIR group of Journals. She is supervising three research scholars. She has been the resource person and Chairperson in many webinars and Seminars. She received Dr.Sarvpalli Radhakrishnan award for education from Arpita Foundation Vrindavan in 2021. She is also the Vice-President of Rajasthan iSPELL Forum. She has received Great Global Award from Arpita Foundation, Vrindavan in April 2022. Her areas of interest include English Language Teaching, poetry writing, Gender Studies, Diaspora Studies and Cultural Studies. She has authored 3 books and edited 10 books.
