युद्ध कौशल 3.0: पूर्वी हिमालय में भारतीय सेना ने दिखाया भविष्य की जंग का दमखम

अरुणाचल प्रदेश की बर्फीली हवाओं और दुर्गम ऊँचाई वाले इलाकों में भारतीय सेना ने एक बार फिर अपने अटूट संकल्प, लचीलापन और भविष्य की लड़ाई की दृष्टि को साबित कर दिखाया। युद्ध कौशल 3.0 नामक इस सैन्य अभ्यास का आयोजन कामेंग सेक्टर के पूर्वी हिमालयी क्षेत्र में किया गया। यह सिर्फ एक सामान्य अभ्यास नहीं था, बल्कि यह भारत की अगले दौर की जंगों के लिए तैयारी का सशक्त प्रमाण बनकर उभरा।
इस बार का युद्ध कौशल अपने पैमाने, जटिलता और अत्याधुनिक तकनीक के इस्तेमाल के लिए खास रहा। गजराज कोर के जनरल ऑफिसर कमांडिंग (GOC) की देखरेख में आयोजित इस अभ्यास ने नई पीढ़ी की रणनीति और लड़ाकू क्षमता का शानदार प्रदर्शन किया।
पूर्वी हिमालय का चुनौतीपूर्ण भूभाग: सीमा से परे तैयारी की परीक्षा
अरुणाचल प्रदेश का कामेंग क्षेत्र प्राकृतिक कठिनाइयों का अनोखा रंगमंच है। ऊँचे-ऊँचे पर्वत, घने जंगल, खतरनाक घाटियाँ और अनिश्चित मौसम – इन सबके बीच भारतीय सेना ने अभ्यास कर यह साबित किया कि वास्तविक युद्ध जैसी परिस्थितियों में भी वह पूरी तरह तैयार है।

युद्ध कौशल 3.0 का सबसे बड़ा आकर्षण रहा नई तकनीक और जमीनी जांबाज़ी का अद्भुत मेल। पहली बार नवगठित अश्नि पलटून (ASHNI Platoons) ने परिचालनिक शुरुआत की। इन पलटूनों ने दिखाया कि कैसे ड्रोन आधारित निगरानी, वास्तविक समय में लक्ष्य की पहचान और सटीक मारक क्षमता को पारंपरिक पैदल सेना की रणनीतियों के साथ जोड़कर निर्णायक बढ़त हासिल की जा सकती है।
अभ्यास में बहु-क्षेत्रीय युद्ध (Multi-Domain Warfare) की झलक देखने को मिली, जिसमें थल, वायु और सूचना के क्षेत्रों में वर्चस्व का प्रदर्शन हुआ। ड्रोन स्वार्म ने दुश्मन की चौकसी को ध्वस्त करने वाले दृश्य प्रस्तुत किए, वहीं आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस आधारित सिस्टम्स ने कमांडरों को सटीक युद्धक्षेत्र की स्थिति बताई।
एयर-लिटरल डॉमिनेंस और तालमेल भरे manoeuvres
इस अभ्यास की प्रमुख झलक रही एयर-लिटरल डॉमिनेंस, यानी वायु और सतह पर एक साथ बढ़त कायम करना। लड़ाकू हेलिकॉप्टरों और ग्राउंड फोर्सेज ने मिलकर निकट वायु समर्थन (Close Air Support) का बेहतरीन तालमेल दिखाया। वहीं उच्च ऊँचाई पर लड़ाकू विमानों ने भी प्रभावी भूमिकाएँ निभाईं।
मैकेनाइज्ड यूनिट्स, पैदल सेना और तोपखाने के बीच तालमेल ने यह साबित कर दिया कि भारतीय सेना किसी भी ऊँचाई पर तेजी से तैनाती और लंबे समय तक अभियान चलाने की क्षमता रखती है।
भारतीय रक्षा उद्योग की भागीदारी: परिवर्तन का दशक
युद्ध कौशल 3.0 की सबसे अनोखी विशेषता रही भारतीय निजी रक्षा उद्योग की सक्रिय भागीदारी। आत्मनिर्भर भारत की दृष्टि के अनुरूप इस अभ्यास में स्वदेशी ड्रोन सिस्टम, संचार नेटवर्क और प्रिसीजन हथियारों का परीक्षण किया गया।
यह दर्शाता है कि कैसे भारत का चल रहा “परिवर्तन का दशक” रक्षा क्षेत्र में प्रयोगशाला से सीधे युद्धक्षेत्र तक नवाचार को ला रहा है। स्वदेशी तकनीक अब सिर्फ विकल्प नहीं, बल्कि सामरिक बढ़त का मुख्य साधन बन चुकी है।
कठिन जलवायु में जांबाज़ी
तकनीक के साथ-साथ सैनिकों की अदम्य साहसिकता भी इस अभ्यास का बड़ा पहलू रही। बर्फ़ीली हवाओं, अचानक होने वाली बर्फबारी और ऑक्सीजन की कमी जैसी परिस्थितियों में सैनिकों ने साबित किया कि भारतीय सेना सिर्फ जीवित रहने में ही नहीं, बल्कि सबसे कठिन परिस्थितियों में लड़ाई जीतने में भी सक्षम है।
