IELTA INDIA organized a successful first virtual National Webinar and Ms. Neetu Sharma, President IELTA India initiated the event explaining about IELTA.
The event was further presided by Dr. Neil Arevalo Alcantra (President), Dr.Glen P Cortezano (Academic Director) and Dr. Afsheen Salauddin (General Secretary) from IELTA Global. The guest speaker for the event was Fullbright Tea Program Awardee Ms. Sudeshna Dutta, Trainer and Module Developer, SCERT, Govt. West Bengal skilfully deliberated throwing light on her topic ‘Blended Learning and a Role of a Teacher Leader’. The programme was dexterously hosted by Dr Shalini Yadav, Professor, Compucom Institute of Technology and Management, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
The webinar emphasized the need to develop leadership qualities in teachers in this new era of teaching and learning and also explained different modes of blended learning process. The
response for this webinar was seen with an overwhelming number of participants from India and all over the world. Ambassadors from different branches of IELTA showered their support with gracious presence throughout the event.
After the session, the forum was open for interaction between the speaker and the participants which aided them to get deeper insight into the topic. IELTA INDIA’s sensational start is just a
beginning to many more successful events.
