The initiative aims to:

  • Conduct over 200 free cataract surgeries between April 26–30
  • Provide specialised eye care to patients from remote and high-altitude areas

Over the past three months, medical teams conducted eye camps across:

  • Tangtse
  • Chushul
  • Changthang region
  • Nubra Valley
  • Kargil

These camps have:

  • Benefited over 950 individuals
  • Identified 200+ cataract patients requiring surgery
