Lt Gen Neeraj Shukla Reviews Operational Preparedness of Ball of Fire Division
Gajraj Corps Commander interacts with troops, students, CAPF and BRTF personnel, stressing professionalism, innovation and mission-driven education.

Lieutenant General Neeraj Shukla, General Officer Commanding of the Gajraj Corps, visited the Ball of Fire Division to review its operational preparedness, training standards, and mission readiness.
During the visit, the GOC interacted with troops, inspected station training facilities, and addressed officers and their families, motivating all ranks towards greater professionalism, operational excellence, and commitment to duty.
Lt Gen Shukla also visited Army Public School Tenga Valley, where he interacted with students and teachers and encouraged them to embrace India’s rich history, languages, and cultural heritage.
Highlighting the importance of mission-driven education, he stressed early talent identification, technological exposure, awareness of village development schemes, social service, and digital literacy. He also advocated the adoption of the New Education Policy with emphasis on the Indian knowledge system and Vedic mathematics to nurture responsible, aware, and future-ready citizens.

The Corps Commander further interacted with personnel of the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) and the Border Roads Task Force (BRTF), underscoring the importance of JAI — Jointness, Aatmanirbharta, and Innovation — as part of a Whole-of-Nation approach towards building a future-ready force capable of meeting emerging security challenges.

The visit reflected the continued focus of the Indian Army on operational preparedness, integrated national development, educational advancement, and indigenous capability enhancement under the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.
