Lieutenant General Pratik Sharma, Army Commander of the Northern Command, visited troops deployed in the forward areas of Western Ladakh to review the prevailing security environment and assess operational preparedness.
During the visit, the Army Commander interacted with soldiers deployed in challenging high-altitude conditions and reviewed the operational posture of formations responsible for safeguarding the region.

Lt Gen Sharma praised the troops deployed along the Line of Control for their steadfast commitment, exemplary professionalism, and unwavering devotion to duty under demanding operational circumstances
