Lt Gen Rajesh Pushkar Inaugurates Advanced Cardiac Screening Centre at Military Hospital Ambala

New state-of-the-art healthcare facilities to significantly enhance medical infrastructure for Ambala garrison.

Lieutenant General Rajesh Pushkar, AVSM, VSM, General Officer Commanding of the Kharga Corps, inaugurated a modern Cardiac Screening Centre at Military Hospital Ambala aimed at strengthening specialised healthcare services for military personnel and their families.

The newly established facility is equipped with advanced diagnostic systems including Echocardiography (ECHO), Treadmill Test (TMT), digital Doppler, automatic blood pressure monitoring, 24-hour Holter monitoring, cardiac marker analyser, BMI analyser, and spirometry systems.

During the visit, Lt Gen Pushkar also inspected the recently renovated Accident and Emergency Department of the hospital along with the Zonal President of the Army Wives Welfare Association (AWWA).

Officials stated that the inauguration of the new Cardiac Screening Centre and the upgradation of the emergency department have provided a major boost to the healthcare infrastructure of the Ambala military garrison.
