Midshipman Harsimran Kaur Tops 110th Integrated Officers Training Course of Indian Navy

Six foreign trainees among graduating officers as Rear Admiral Prakash Gopalan presides over valedictory ceremony.

A total of 116 trainees, including six foreign trainees, successfully passed out from the 110th Integrated Officers Training Course conducted at the 1TS establishment of the Indian Navy.

The valedictory function was held onboard in the presence of Rear Admiral Prakash Gopalan, Chief of Staff of the Southern Naval Command, who attended the event as the Chief Guest.

During the ceremony, meritorious trainees were honoured for their outstanding performance during the course.

Midshipman Chopana Nageshwar was awarded the title of “Most Promising Trainee,” while Midshipman Harsimran Kaur secured first position in the Overall Order of Merit.

Midshipman Aman Kumar was adjudged the “Best Overall Trainee” for his exceptional all-round performance.

The successful completion of the course marks the beginning of a new professional journey for the trainee officers, who are set to join various operational and training establishments of the Indian Navy. The course also highlighted India’s continued focus on professional military training and international defence cooperation through participation of foreign trainees.
