Mrs Anupama Pushkar Assumes Charge as Regional President of Southern Star AWWA
New Delhi: Mrs Anupama Pushkar has officially assumed the responsibility of Regional President of Southern Star AWWA (Army Wives Welfare Association), marking a new chapter in the organization’s continued commitment to the welfare of Army families.
Southern Star AWWA reaffirmed its dedication to empowering lives and strengthening the bonds within the AWWA fraternity through meaningful outreach, inclusive community initiatives, and dedicated service. Under Mrs Anupama Pushkar’s leadership, the organization aims to further enhance welfare programmes focused on the well-being, education, healthcare, skill development, and social empowerment of Army families, veterans’ families, and dependents.
The Army Wives Welfare Association has long played a vital role in supporting military families by promoting community engagement, women’s empowerment, and various welfare initiatives across Army formations. Southern Star AWWA is expected to continue this legacy by fostering compassion, inclusivity, and resilience among members of the military community.

श्रीमती अनुपमा पुष्कर ने संभाला सदर्न स्टार AWWA की क्षेत्रीय अध्यक्ष का दायित्व
नई दिल्ली: श्रीमती अनुपमा पुष्कर ने आधिकारिक रूप से सदर्न स्टार AWWA (आर्मी वाइव्स वेलफेयर एसोसिएशन) की क्षेत्रीय अध्यक्ष का दायित्व ग्रहण कर लिया है। उनके नेतृत्व में संगठन सेना के जवानों और उनके परिवारों के कल्याण के लिए अपनी प्रतिबद्धता को और मजबूत करेगा।
सदर्न स्टार AWWA ने कहा कि सार्थक जनसंपर्क, समावेशी सामुदायिक पहल और समर्पित सेवा के माध्यम से संगठन AWWA परिवार के बीच आपसी सहयोग, विश्वास और एकता को और सशक्त बनाने के लिए निरंतर कार्य करता रहेगा। संगठन का उद्देश्य सैनिकों के परिवारों, वीर नारियों, पूर्व सैनिकों के आश्रितों तथा सैन्य समुदाय के सामाजिक एवं पारिवारिक कल्याण को नई गति देना है।
आर्मी वाइव्स वेलफेयर एसोसिएशन वर्षों से सैनिक परिवारों के लिए शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, महिला सशक्तिकरण, कौशल विकास, सामुदायिक सेवा और सामाजिक कल्याण के क्षेत्र में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान देती रही है। श्रीमती अनुपमा पुष्कर के नेतृत्व में सदर्न स्टार AWWA इन पहलों को और व्यापक बनाने तथा सैन्य परिवारों के जीवन में सकारात्मक बदलाव लाने की दिशा में कार्य करेगी।
