Investigators also noted that after the conduct of the latest NEET examination, Vikas began attending classes regularly. However, on May 11, he allegedly disappeared from the college without prior notice, and it later emerged that he had been taken into CBI custody.

Investigators have identified seven members from the families of Mangilal Bival, his associate Dinesh, and their late elder brother Ghanshyam who appeared for NEET over the past two years. Ghanshyam’s daughter Palak secured admission to SMS Medical College, Jaipur, while another daughter, Saniya, is studying at a medical college in Mumbai. नीट पेपर लीक मामले की जांच ने एक बेहद महत्वपूर्ण मोड़ ले लिया है। केंद्रीय अन्वेषण ब्यूरो (सीबीआई) ने कथित पेपर लीक सरगना मांगीलाल बीवाल के बेटे विकास बीवाल को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। विकास बीवाल वर्तमान में सवाई माधोपुर सरकारी मेडिकल कॉलेज में एमबीBS प्रथम वर्ष का छात्र है। उसकी गिरफ्तारी ने न केवल वर्ष 2026 की नीट परीक्षा पर गंभीर सवाल खड़े किए हैं, बल्कि वर्ष 2025 की परीक्षा की निष्पक्षता और पारदर्शिता को भी संदेह के घेरे में ला दिया है। जांच एजेंसियों को संदेह है कि यह मामला केवल एक वर्ष की परीक्षा तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि एक सुनियोजित नेटवर्क के माध्यम से कई वर्षों से मेडिकल प्रवेश परीक्षाओं को प्रभावित किया जा रहा था।

विकास बीवाल का शैक्षणिक रिकॉर्ड बना जांच का सबसे बड़ा आधार
जांच में सामने आए शैक्षणिक आंकड़ों ने सबसे अधिक ध्यान आकर्षित किया है। उपलब्ध जानकारी के अनुसार विकास बीवाल ने कक्षा 10वीं में लगभग 63 प्रतिशत और 12वीं में लगभग 55 प्रतिशत अंक प्राप्त किए थे। नीट 2024 में उसे 720 में से केवल 270 अंक मिले थे, जो सरकारी मेडिकल कॉलेज में प्रवेश के लिए पर्याप्त नहीं माने जाते। इसके बावजूद नीट 2025 में उसने 85.11 प्रतिशत अंक प्राप्त कर लिए और सवाई माधोपुर सरकारी मेडिकल कॉलेज में प्रवेश हासिल कर लिया। इतने कम समय में प्रदर्शन में आया यह असाधारण उछाल अब जांच एजेंसियों के लिए सबसे बड़ा प्रश्न बन गया है।
मेडिकल कॉलेज में उपस्थिति और आंतरिक परीक्षा परिणामों ने बढ़ाई शंका
जांच में यह भी सामने आया है कि जनवरी से अप्रैल तक विकास बीवाल की मेडिकल कॉलेज में उपस्थिति लगभग नगण्य रही। वह कई आंतरिक परीक्षाओं और टेस्ट में अनुपस्थित रहा। जिन परीक्षाओं में वह शामिल हुआ, उनमें उसके अंक लगभग 30 प्रतिशत के आसपास बताए जा रहे हैं। यह प्रदर्शन उस छात्र की अपेक्षित क्षमता से मेल नहीं खाता जिसने देश की सबसे कठिन प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं में से एक में उच्च अंक प्राप्त किए हों। जांच एजेंसियों के अनुसार नीट परीक्षा आयोजित होने के बाद उसकी कॉलेज में उपस्थिति अचानक बढ़ गई। इसके बाद 11 मई से वह बिना किसी सूचना के कॉलेज से अनुपस्थित हो गया और बाद में उसके सीबीआई की हिरासत में होने की जानकारी सामने आई।
एक ही परिवार के पांच सदस्यों का एक साथ मेडिकल कॉलेज पहुंचना बना जांच का केंद्र
सीबीआई जांच में सबसे चौंकाने वाला तथ्य यह सामने आया है कि मांगीलाल बीवाल, उसके सहयोगी दिनेश और उनके दिवंगत बड़े भाई घनश्याम के परिवारों के कुल सात सदस्य पिछले दो वर्षों में नीट परीक्षा में शामिल हुए। इनमें से पांच सदस्यों ने वर्ष 2025 में सफलता प्राप्त कर देश के विभिन्न मेडिकल कॉलेजों में प्रवेश हासिल किया। विकास बीवाल को सवाई माधोपुर मेडिकल कॉलेज मिला। मांगीलाल बीवाल की बेटी प्रगति का चयन दौसा मेडिकल कॉलेज में हुआ। दिनेश की बेटी गुंजन को वाराणसी के मेडिकल कॉलेज में सीट मिली। घनश्याम की बेटी पलक को जयपुर के एसएमएस मेडिकल College में प्रवेश मिला, जबकि दूसरी बेटी सानिया मुंबई के एक मेडिकल कॉलेज में अध्ययनरत है। एक ही विस्तारित परिवार के इतने सदस्यों का एक ही वर्ष में सफल होना अब जांच एजेंसियों के लिए अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण संकेत माना जा रहा है।
औसत विद्यार्थियों का अचानक उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन जांच एजेंसियों को कर रहा है हैरान
जांच अधिकारियों का मानना है कि जिन छात्रों का पूर्व शैक्षणिक रिकॉर्ड सामान्य रहा हो, उनका अचानक अत्यधिक प्रतिस्पर्धी परीक्षा में असाधारण प्रदर्शन करना गंभीर जांच का विषय है। यह स्थिति तब और अधिक संदिग्ध हो जाती है जब ऐसे छात्र उन व्यक्तियों से जुड़े हों जो कथित रूप से पेपर लीक नेटवर्क का हिस्सा बताए जा रहे हैं। सीबीआई अब यह पता लगाने का प्रयास कर रही है कि क्या यह सफलता वास्तविक मेहनत का परिणाम थी या फिर किसी संगठित परीक्षा घोटाले का हिस्सा।
कॉल रिकॉर्ड, बैंक लेनदेन और डिजिटल संपर्कों की हो रही फॉरेंसिक जांच
सीबीआई ने इस मामले में तकनीकी और वित्तीय जांच को तेज कर दिया है। मोबाइल फोन डेटा, कॉल डिटेल रिकॉर्ड, चैट, बैंक लेनदेन, परीक्षा केंद्रों का चयन, प्रवेश प्रक्रिया और संबंधित व्यक्तियों के संपर्कों का विस्तृत विश्लेषण किया जा रहा है। जांच एजेंसियां यह भी देख रही हैं कि क्या इस नेटवर्क में कोचिंग संचालकों, बिचौलियों और अन्य प्रभावशाली लोगों की भूमिका रही है।
2025 की नीट परीक्षा पर उठे सवाल, क्या पहले से उपलब्ध था प्रश्नपत्र?
सबसे महत्वपूर्ण सवाल यह है कि क्या वर्ष 2025 की नीट परीक्षा का प्रश्नपत्र भी परीक्षा से पहले उपलब्ध करा दिया गया था। यदि ऐसा हुआ, तो यह केवल कुछ छात्रों को अनुचित लाभ पहुंचाने का मामला नहीं होगा, बल्कि लाखों ईमानदार अभ्यर्थियों के साथ अन्याय का प्रमाण होगा। सीबीआई अब उन सभी उम्मीदवारों के रिकॉर्ड की जांच कर रही है जिनके परिणामों में असामान्य वृद्धि देखी गई है।
