Regional “Bharat Ko Jano” Competition of Bharat Vikas Parishad (North-West Zone) Concludes Grandly in Bikaner

The spirit of patriotism, knowledge, and youth empowerment echoed across the halls of the District Industries Centre, Bikaner, as the North-West Zonal “Bharat Ko Jano” competition, organized by Bharat Vikas Parishad (BVP), concluded with great enthusiasm and grandeur. The event brought together some of the brightest young minds from seven provinces across Rajasthan, all competing in the junior and senior categories, representing the ideals of knowledge, culture, and national pride.
A total of 14 teams — two from each participating province — engaged in intellectually stimulating rounds that tested their general knowledge, awareness about Indian heritage, scientific understanding, and quick-thinking abilities. The participants displayed remarkable confidence and depth of knowledge, earning praise from the judges and dignitaries present.
Celebration of Knowledge, Culture, and Patriotism
The day-long competition began with lighting of the ceremonial lamp before portraits of Maa Bharati and Swami Vivekananda, symbolizing wisdom and inspiration. The session commenced with the soulful rendition of the national song “Vande Mataram”, filling the hall with patriotic fervour.
Under various engaging rounds titled “Bharat Darshan”, “Udaymaan Bharat”, “Navneet Bharat”, “Vigyan Ki Udaan”, “Gyaan Ka Panchsutradharma Samadhan”, and the exciting “Master Stroke (Rapid Fire)”, participants were tested on their understanding of India’s history, geography, scientific achievements, governance, and emerging vision for a Viksit Bharat.
The technical team comprising Dalpat Singh Rathore, Amit Soni, and Kailash Acharya played an instrumental role in managing the quiz format and scoring system.
Results: Rajasthan’s Young Minds Shine Bright
In the Senior Category, the Rajasthan West Province (Barmer branch) team from Rajkiya Uchch Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Veedon ki Dhani (VDR Barmer) secured the first position.
The second place was won by the Rajasthan South-East Province represented by Yug Nirman Secondary School, Chhipa Barod, while the third position went to the Rajasthan Central Province team from Mahatma Gandhi Government School, Ajmer.
In the Junior Category, the Rajasthan North-East Province team from Rath International School, Behror, clinched the first prize.
The second prize was awarded to Central Academy School, Bhilwara representing Rajasthan Central Province, and the third position went to Kids Care School, Gangapur City from the Rajasthan East Province.
Dignitaries and Guests of Honour
The event was presided over by Dr. Tribhuvan Sharma, National Activity Patron (Sanskars). The distinguished Chief Guests included Dr. Abhiranjan Garg, Vice-Chancellor of Bikaner Technical University, IPS Anushta Kalia, and social worker Manoj Bajaj.
Among other notable dignitaries were National Observer Sandeep Watts, Regional General Secretary CA Sandeep Baldi, Joint General Secretary Jagdish Sharma, National Activity Member Mukesh Lathi, Regional Coordinator (Sanskars) Vinod Sen, and Regional Women Participation Coordinator Mrs. Shashi Chugh — all of whom encouraged the students and highlighted the importance of such competitions in shaping an informed and confident generation.
Bikaner Branch: Exemplary Host and Organizer
The BVP Bikaner Main Branch took charge of hospitality and arrangements with utmost efficiency. From accommodation and transportation to food, gifts, and venue management, the branch ensured that all participants and guests experienced smooth coordination and cultural warmth.
The event’s success owed much to the tireless efforts of Ritesh Arora (Provincial Patron & Programme Coordinator, Rajasthan North Province), Dr. Deepti Vahl (Provincial President), Dr. Sanjay Jindal (General Secretary), Purushottam Soni (Finance Secretary), Ramakumar Sharma (Provincial Sanskar Coordinator), Mrs. Chhavi Gupta (Women’s Coordinator), Mrs. Hema Dadhich, Neeraj Khatri, Dheeraj Sachdeva, and several dedicated volunteers.
Special mention was made for Sharad Kumar, whose technical collaboration played a crucial role in ensuring the smooth digital conduct of the competition.
The ceremony concluded with the collective singing of the National Anthem, marking the end of a day filled with inspiration, intellectual engagement, and patriotic zeal.
A Tribute to “Viksit Bharat” Through Youth Participation
The “Bharat Ko Jano” competition, envisioned by Bharat Vikas Parishad, continues to serve as a powerful platform to connect youth with India’s civilizational values, scientific progress, and constitutional ethos. The event not only encourages academic excellence but also fosters a sense of national integration, social harmony, and pride in Indian identity.
With such initiatives, BVP is nurturing a generation that is aware, responsible, and rooted in the ideals of “Seva, Sanskar, and Samarpan” — the guiding philosophy of Bharat Vikas Parishad.

भारत विकास परिषद, उत्तर–पश्चिम क्षेत्र द्वारा आयोजित क्षेत्र स्तरीय “भारत को जानो” प्रतियोगिता का भव्य आयोजन बीकानेर के जिला उद्योग केंद्र में संपन्न हुआ। प्रतियोगिता में राजस्थान के सात प्रांतों से कुल 14 टीमों (जूनियर एवं सीनियर वर्ग) ने भाग लिया। प्रतियोगिता का उद्देश्य युवाओं में भारतीय संस्कृति, राष्ट्रगौरव और सामान्य ज्ञान के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाना था।
दीप प्रज्वलन, वंदे मातरम और भारत दर्शन की शुरुआत
कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ मां भारती एवं स्वामी विवेकानंद के चित्रों के समक्ष दीप प्रज्वलन तथा राष्ट्रगीत “वंदे मातरम” के साथ हुआ। उद्घाटन सत्र के बाद विभिन्न रोचक राउंड्स — भारत दर्शन, उदयमान भारत, नवनीत भारत, विज्ञान की उड़ान, ज्ञान का पंचसूत्रधर्म समाधान एवं मास्टर स्ट्रोक (रैपिड फायर) — के माध्यम से प्रतिभागियों की बुद्धिमत्ता, तर्कशक्ति और आत्मविश्वास की परीक्षा ली गई।
प्रतियोगिता परिणाम — युवा प्रतिभाओं ने बढ़ाया राजस्थान का गौरव
वरिष्ठ वर्ग में
🥇 प्रथम स्थान — राजस्थान पश्चिम प्रांत की टीम, रा.उ.मा. विद्यालय, वीदों की ढाणी (वीडीआर बाड़मेर शाखा) ने हासिल किया।
🥈 द्वितीय स्थान — राजस्थान दक्षिण–पूर्व प्रांत, युग निर्माण सेकेंडरी स्कूल, छीपा बड़ौद ने प्राप्त किया।
🥉 तृतीय स्थान — राजस्थान मध्य प्रांत, महात्मा गांधी राजकीय विद्यालय, अजमेर ने प्राप्त किया।
कनिष्ठ वर्ग में
🥇 प्रथम स्थान — राजस्थान उत्तर–पूर्व प्रांत, रथ इंटरनेशनल स्कूल, बहरोड़ ने प्राप्त किया।
🥈 द्वितीय स्थान — राजस्थान मध्य प्रांत, सेंट्रल एकेडमी स्कूल, भीलवाड़ा को मिला।
🥉 तृतीय स्थान — राजस्थान पूर्व प्रांत, किड्स केयर स्कूल, गंगापुर सिटी को मिला।
गरिमामयी उपस्थिति और प्रेरणादायक संबोधन
कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता राष्ट्रीय गतिविधि संरक्षक संस्कार डॉ. त्रिभुवन शर्मा ने की।
मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में बीकानेर टेक्निकल यूनिवर्सिटी के कुलगुरु डॉ. अभिरंजन गर्ग, आईपीएस अनुष्ठा कालिया, तथा समाजसेवी मनोज बजाज उपस्थित रहे।
इसके अलावा राष्ट्रीय पर्यवेक्षक संदीप वाट्स, क्षेत्रीय महासचिव सीए संदीप बाल्दी, संयुक्त महासचिव जगदीश शर्मा, राष्ट्रीय सदस्य संस्कार मुकेश लाठी, क्षेत्रीय संयोजक विनोद सेन, एवं क्षेत्रीय महिला सहभागिता संयोजक श्रीमती शशि चुग की उपस्थिति ने कार्यक्रम को गरिमामयी बना दिया।
बीकानेर शाखा की उत्कृष्ट मेजबानी
भारत विकास परिषद बीकानेर मुख्य शाखा ने आयोजन की सभी व्यवस्थाएँ — आवास, भोजन, परिवहन, उपहार वितरण, कार्यक्रम स्थल प्रबंधन — अत्यंत उत्कृष्ट रूप से संपन्न कीं।
कार्यक्रम की सफलता में रितेश अरोड़ा (प्रांतीय संरक्षक एवं संयोजक, राजस्थान उत्तर प्रांत), डॉ. दीप्ति वाहल (प्रांतीय अध्यक्ष), डॉ. संजय जिंदल (महासचिव), पुरुषोत्तम सोनी (वित्त सचिव), रामकुमार शर्मा (संस्कार संयोजक), श्रीमती छवि गुप्ता (महिला संयोजक), श्रीमती हेमा दाधीच, नीरज खत्री, धीरज सचदेवा सहित अनेक कार्यकर्ताओं का योगदान रहा।
तकनीकी सहयोग में शरद कुमार की भूमिका सराहनीय रही।
कार्यक्रम का समापन सामूहिक राष्ट्रगान के साथ हुआ, जब सभी प्रतिभागियों ने “जन गण मन” गाते हुए राष्ट्रगौरव का संदेश दिया।
“भारत को जानो” — युवाओं में राष्ट्र निर्माण की चेतना
यह प्रतियोगिता केवल एक शैक्षिक कार्यक्रम नहीं, बल्कि “विकसित भारत” के निर्माण हेतु जागरूकता का आंदोलन है। इस पहल से युवा पीढ़ी भारत की संस्कृति, विज्ञान, इतिहास और आधुनिक प्रगति के प्रति गहरी समझ विकसित करती है।
भारत विकास परिषद की यह पहल “सेवा, संस्कार और समर्पण” की भावना को नई ऊँचाई प्रदान कर रही है, जिससे देश का भविष्य और अधिक सशक्त, जागरूक और राष्ट्रनिष्ठ बन सके।
