The Indian Army’s Sapta Shakti Command convened its prestigious Formation Commanders’ Conference in Jaipur on 5 and 6 June 2026, bringing together senior military leadership to deliberate on the evolving security environment, operational preparedness and the future trajectory of military capabilities. Addressing the assembled commanders, Lieutenant General Manjinder Singh emphasised the importance of realistic, systematic and evaluation-based training in maintaining operational excellence. The Army Commander called for the adoption of comprehensive training methodologies supported by continuous assessments and objective evaluations. The drone competition showcased the growing importance of unmanned systems within military operations and highlighted the Army’s efforts to develop specialised expertise in this increasingly significant domain. जयपुर में सप्त शक्ति कमांड की उच्चस्तरीय फॉर्मेशन कमांडर्स कॉन्फ्रेंस सम्पन्न, भविष्य के युद्ध, आधुनिक तकनीक, साइबर सुरक्षा और ऑपरेशनल तैयारियों पर हुआ व्यापक मंथन
बदलते वैश्विक सुरक्षा परिदृश्य के बीच भारतीय सेना ने तैयार की भविष्य की रणनीति
भारतीय सेना की पश्चिमी सीमाओं की सुरक्षा और युद्धक तैयारियों में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाने वाली सप्त शक्ति कमांड ने 05 और 06 जून 2026 को जयपुर में अपनी प्रतिष्ठित फॉर्मेशन कमांडर्स कॉन्फ्रेंस का आयोजन किया। दो दिवसीय इस महत्वपूर्ण सम्मेलन की अध्यक्षता सप्त शक्ति कमांड के आर्मी कमांडर लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल मनजिंदर सिंह ने की। सम्मेलन में कमांड के विभिन्न फॉर्मेशनों के वरिष्ठ सैन्य अधिकारियों और कमांडरों ने भाग लिया तथा वर्तमान सुरक्षा स्थिति, भविष्य की चुनौतियों, तकनीकी बदलावों और युद्ध के बदलते स्वरूप पर विस्तृत चर्चा की। यह सम्मेलन केवल एक नियमित सैन्य बैठक नहीं था, बल्कि आने वाले वर्षों में भारतीय सेना की रणनीतिक दिशा तय करने वाला एक महत्वपूर्ण मंच साबित हुआ, जहां युद्धक्षेत्र में तेजी से हो रहे बदलावों के अनुरूप सेना की क्षमताओं को और मजबूत बनाने पर व्यापक विचार-विमर्श किया गया।
वर्तमान सुरक्षा स्थिति और क्षेत्रीय चुनौतियों की गहन समीक्षा
सम्मेलन के दौरान वरिष्ठ सैन्य नेतृत्व ने देश की वर्तमान सुरक्षा स्थिति का व्यापक आकलन किया। पश्चिमी सीमाओं पर उत्पन्न होने वाली संभावित चुनौतियों, सीमा पार से प्रायोजित आतंकवाद, ड्रोन आधारित खतरों, साइबर हमलों और आधुनिक युद्ध की नई अवधारणाओं पर विस्तार से चर्चा हुई। सैन्य अधिकारियों ने बदलते भू-राजनीतिक परिदृश्य का अध्ययन करते हुए यह समीक्षा की कि भविष्य में भारत के समक्ष किस प्रकार की सुरक्षा चुनौतियां उभर सकती हैं और उनसे निपटने के लिए सेना को किस प्रकार तैयार रहना होगा।
चर्चा का प्रमुख केंद्र यह रहा कि वर्तमान समय में युद्ध केवल सीमाओं पर सैनिकों और हथियारों तक सीमित नहीं रह गया है। आधुनिक संघर्षों में साइबर स्पेस, सूचना युद्ध, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक युद्ध, कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता और ड्रोन तकनीक निर्णायक भूमिका निभा रही हैं। ऐसे में भारतीय सेना को हर क्षेत्र में समान रूप से सक्षम और तैयार रहना होगा। सम्मेलन में इस बात पर विशेष बल दिया गया कि भविष्य के युद्धों में सफलता केवल सैन्य शक्ति से नहीं बल्कि तकनीकी श्रेष्ठता और त्वरित निर्णय क्षमता से भी निर्धारित होगी।
आधुनिक तकनीकों और युद्धक्षेत्र के डिजिटलीकरण पर विशेष फोकस
दो दिवसीय सम्मेलन का सबसे महत्वपूर्ण विषय आधुनिक तकनीकों को सेना की कार्यप्रणाली में तेजी से शामिल करना रहा। वरिष्ठ कमांडरों ने इस बात पर विस्तृत चर्चा की कि कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता, मशीन लर्निंग, स्वायत्त प्रणालियों, एडवांस सेंसर नेटवर्क, डेटा एनालिटिक्स और अत्याधुनिक संचार प्रणालियों का उपयोग किस प्रकार युद्धक क्षमताओं को बढ़ा सकता है।
सेना अब पारंपरिक युद्धक सोच से आगे बढ़ते हुए टेक्नोलॉजी आधारित युद्धक्षेत्र की तैयारी कर रही है। सम्मेलन में इस बात पर जोर दिया गया कि भविष्य के सैनिक को केवल हथियार चलाने में ही नहीं बल्कि आधुनिक तकनीकों के संचालन में भी दक्ष होना होगा। कमांडरों ने विभिन्न तकनीकी परियोजनाओं की प्रगति की समीक्षा की और यह सुनिश्चित करने पर बल दिया कि नई तकनीकों का उपयोग केवल प्रयोगात्मक स्तर तक सीमित न रहे बल्कि उन्हें प्रभावी रूप से संचालन में भी शामिल किया जाए।
ड्रोन युद्ध और मानव रहित प्रणालियां बन रही हैं नई ताकत
हाल के वर्षों में विश्वभर के संघर्षों ने यह साबित कर दिया है कि ड्रोन और मानव रहित प्रणालियां युद्ध की दिशा बदल सकती हैं। इसी को ध्यान में रखते हुए सम्मेलन में ड्रोन आधारित युद्धक क्षमताओं पर विशेष चर्चा की गई। वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों ने निगरानी, टोही, लक्ष्य पहचान, सटीक हमलों और रियल टाइम इंटेलिजेंस संग्रहण में ड्रोन की बढ़ती भूमिका का विश्लेषण किया।
सप्त शक्ति कमांड के अंतर्गत विभिन्न फॉर्मेशनों में ड्रोन संचालन और उससे जुड़ी क्षमताओं को मजबूत बनाने के लिए चल रही पहलों की समीक्षा की गई। सैन्य नेतृत्व का मानना है कि भविष्य के युद्धक्षेत्र में ड्रोन केवल सहायक उपकरण नहीं बल्कि युद्ध का महत्वपूर्ण और निर्णायक साधन बनेंगे। ऐसे में भारतीय सेना ड्रोन तकनीक में आत्मनिर्भरता और संचालन क्षमता दोनों को समान महत्व दे रही है।
साइबर सुरक्षा बनी राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा का अभिन्न हिस्सा
सम्मेलन में साइबर सुरक्षा को भी अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण विषय के रूप में लिया गया। डिजिटल नेटवर्क और आधुनिक संचार प्रणालियों पर बढ़ती निर्भरता के कारण साइबर खतरे अब राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा के लिए गंभीर चुनौती बन चुके हैं। वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों ने सैन्य नेटवर्क, संचार प्रणालियों और संवेदनशील डेटा को सुरक्षित रखने के लिए अपनाई जा रही रणनीतियों की समीक्षा की।
चर्चा के दौरान यह स्पष्ट किया गया कि भविष्य के युद्ध केवल सीमा पर नहीं बल्कि कंप्यूटर नेटवर्क और डिजिटल इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर पर भी लड़े जाएंगे। ऐसे में साइबर सुरक्षा केवल तकनीकी आवश्यकता नहीं बल्कि सैन्य तैयारी का अनिवार्य हिस्सा बन चुकी है। कमांडरों ने साइबर रक्षा क्षमताओं को और मजबूत बनाने तथा सैनिकों को इस क्षेत्र में प्रशिक्षित करने की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया।
आत्मनिर्भर भारत की दिशा में रक्षा क्षेत्र को नई मजबूती
सम्मेलन के दौरान आत्मनिर्भर भारत अभियान को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए रक्षा क्षेत्र में स्वदेशी तकनीकों और प्रणालियों के उपयोग पर भी व्यापक चर्चा हुई। भारतीय सेना लगातार स्वदेशी उपकरणों, संचार प्रणालियों, ड्रोन, निगरानी प्रणालियों और अन्य सैन्य तकनीकों को अपनाने की दिशा में कार्य कर रही है।
वरिष्ठ सैन्य अधिकारियों ने इस बात पर बल दिया कि आत्मनिर्भरता केवल आर्थिक दृष्टि से नहीं बल्कि राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से भी अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है। विदेशी उपकरणों पर निर्भरता कम करके भारत अपनी सामरिक स्वतंत्रता को और मजबूत कर सकता है। सम्मेलन में विभिन्न स्वदेशी परियोजनाओं की प्रगति की समीक्षा की गई तथा उन्हें तेजी से संचालन में शामिल करने की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया गया।
यथार्थवादी प्रशिक्षण और मिशन प्रभावशीलता पर विशेष जोर
कमांडरों को संबोधित करते हुए लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल मनजिंदर सिंह ने कहा कि किसी भी सेना की वास्तविक ताकत केवल उसके हथियारों में नहीं बल्कि उसके प्रशिक्षण स्तर में निहित होती है। उन्होंने सैनिकों और अधिकारियों के लिए यथार्थवादी, व्यवस्थित और मूल्यांकन आधारित प्रशिक्षण की आवश्यकता पर विशेष बल दिया।
उन्होंने कहा कि आधुनिक युद्धक्षेत्र अत्यंत जटिल और गतिशील हो चुका है, जहां सैनिकों को पारंपरिक युद्ध के साथ-साथ तकनीकी और साइबर चुनौतियों का भी सामना करना पड़ सकता है। इसलिए प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों को भी उसी अनुरूप विकसित किया जाना चाहिए ताकि सैनिक हर प्रकार की परिस्थिति में प्रभावी ढंग से कार्य कर सकें। व्यापक मूल्यांकन और निरंतर अभ्यास के माध्यम से ही सेना अपनी युद्धक क्षमता को सर्वोच्च स्तर पर बनाए रख सकती है।
प्रतियोगिताओं ने प्रदर्शित की सेना की पेशेवर उत्कृष्टता
सम्मेलन के अंतर्गत विभिन्न सैन्य प्रतियोगिताओं और पहलों की भी समीक्षा की गई जिनका उद्देश्य सैन्य पेशेवरता, नवाचार और प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक उत्कृष्टता को बढ़ावा देना है। इंटर-फॉर्मेशन ड्रोन सब-यूनिट प्रतियोगिता, इंटर-फॉर्मेशन स्पोर्ट्स प्रतियोगिताएं और प्रतिष्ठित जनरल जे.जे. सिंह निशानेबाजी प्रतियोगिता इस दिशा में प्रमुख आकर्षण रहीं।
इन प्रतियोगिताओं ने विभिन्न सैन्य इकाइयों की परिचालन दक्षता, निशानेबाजी कौशल, शारीरिक क्षमता और टीम भावना का उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन किया। ड्रोन प्रतियोगिता ने यह दिखाया कि भारतीय सेना नई तकनीकों को अपनाने में कितनी तेजी से आगे बढ़ रही है, जबकि निशानेबाजी प्रतियोगिता ने सैनिकों की युद्धक दक्षता और पेशेवर क्षमता को प्रदर्शित किया। खेल प्रतियोगिताओं ने सैन्य अनुशासन, नेतृत्व और टीमवर्क की भावना को और मजबूत किया।
आर्मी कमांडर ने प्रतियोगिताओं के विजेताओं को सम्मानित किया तथा सभी प्रतिभागियों की मेहनत, समर्पण और उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन की सराहना की।
भविष्य के युद्धों के लिए तैयार हो रही है सप्त शक्ति कमांड
सम्मेलन के समापन अवसर पर लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल मनजिंदर सिंह ने सभी फॉर्मेशनों और सैनिकों के प्रयासों की प्रशंसा करते हुए कहा कि भारतीय सेना को लगातार बदलते सुरक्षा वातावरण के अनुरूप स्वयं को ढालना होगा। उन्होंने नवाचार, तकनीकी अनुकूलन और मिशन उन्मुख तैयारी को भविष्य की सफलता की कुंजी बताया।
उन्होंने सभी कमांडरों से आह्वान किया कि वे परिचालन उत्कृष्टता के सर्वोच्च मानकों को बनाए रखें तथा किसी भी उभरती चुनौती का सामना करने के लिए सदैव तैयार रहें। सम्मेलन का मुख्य संदेश स्पष्ट था कि भविष्य का युद्धक्षेत्र तकनीक, सूचना और तीव्र निर्णय क्षमता पर आधारित होगा तथा भारतीय सेना इन सभी क्षेत्रों में स्वयं को और अधिक सशक्त बनाने के लिए निरंतर कार्य कर रही है।
जयपुर में आयोजित यह फॉर्मेशन कमांडर्स कॉन्फ्रेंस केवल एक प्रशासनिक या औपचारिक आयोजन नहीं था, बल्कि भारतीय सेना की उस दूरदर्शी सोच का प्रतीक था जिसके माध्यम से वह आने वाले दशकों की चुनौतियों के लिए स्वयं को तैयार कर रही है। आधुनिक तकनीक, साइबर सुरक्षा, आत्मनिर्भरता, यथार्थवादी प्रशिक्षण और नवाचार पर केंद्रित यह सम्मेलन स्पष्ट संकेत देता है कि भारतीय सेना भविष्य के किसी भी संघर्ष में देश की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के लिए पूरी तरह प्रतिबद्ध और तैयार है।
