SKRAU Non-Teaching Employees’ Union Elects Madanpal Singh Unopposed as President

In a significant development reflecting unity and consensus among the non-teaching workforce, the Swami Keshwanand Rajasthan Agricultural University (SKRAU), Bikaner, witnessed the unopposed election of Madanpal Singh Beedawat as the President of its Non-Teaching Employees’ Union. The decision was taken unanimously during a specially convened meeting held at the university’s administrative auditorium, marking a new chapter in the representation of employees’ interests within the institution.
A Meeting Marked by Consensus and Collective Confidence
The meeting, attended by a large number of non-teaching staff members, demonstrated a rare sense of collective agreement as Madanpal Singh Beedawat’s name was proposed for the post of President without any dissent. Senior employee Suresh Vyas formally proposed Beedawat’s name for the top position, a proposal that was immediately endorsed by the gathering. The absence of any opposing nomination underlined the trust and confidence reposed in Beedawat’s leadership and his longstanding association with employee-related issues at the university.
Strong Presence of Union Members and Staff Representatives
The meeting saw the presence of several prominent members of the non-teaching staff, including Shiv Kumar Kiradu, Mahendra Singh Rathore, Hukum Singh Ratanoo, Aziz Bhutta, Pukhraj Jagarwal, Bhanupratap Singh, Rajeev Khetawat, D.L. Rai, Ranidan Singh, Ramniwas, Dilip Kumar, Mahendra Singh Rajpurohit, along with many other employees. Their participation not only lent strength to the proceedings but also reflected the broad-based support enjoyed by the newly elected president across departments and cadres.
Ad Hoc Executive to Lead Until Next Elections
Along with the announcement of Madanpal Singh Beedawat as the unopposed President, it was also decided that he would be entrusted with the responsibility of forming a new ad hoc executive committee. This temporary body will function until the next formal elections are conducted. The decision aims to ensure smooth functioning of the union, continuity in representation, and timely handling of pressing employee-related matters during the interim period.

Addressing the gathering after his appointment, newly elected President Madanpal Singh Beedawat emphasized his commitment to resolving the issues faced by non-teaching employees through constructive dialogue with the university administration. स्वामी केशवानंद राजस्थान कृषि विश्वविद्यालय (एसकेआरएयू), बीकानेर में कार्यरत अशैक्षणिक कर्मचारियों के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण संगठनात्मक घटनाक्रम सामने आया है। विश्वविद्यालय के अशैक्षणिक कर्मचारी संघ ने सर्वसम्मति से मदनपाल सिंह बीदावत को अपना अध्यक्ष चुना है। यह निर्णय शुक्रवार को विश्वविद्यालय के प्रशासनिक सभागार में आयोजित एक विशेष बैठक के दौरान लिया गया, जिसमें बड़ी संख्या में कर्मचारियों की उपस्थिति ने इस चुनाव को एकजुटता और आपसी विश्वास का प्रतीक बना दिया।
बैठक में दिखी कर्मचारियों की एकजुटता और सहमति की भावना

इस महत्वपूर्ण बैठक में शिवकुमार किराडू, महेन्द्र सिंह राठौड़, हुकुम सिंह रतनूं, अजीज भुट्टा, पुखराज जागरवाल, भानुप्रताप सिंह, राजीव खेतावत, डी.एल. राय, राणीदान सिंह, रामनिवास, दिलीप कुमार, महेन्द्र सिंह राजपुरोहित सहित अनेक अशैक्षणिक कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे। विभिन्न विभागों से आए कर्मचारियों की सक्रिय भागीदारी ने यह स्पष्ट कर दिया कि नए अध्यक्ष को संगठन के हर स्तर पर समर्थन प्राप्त है।
अगले चुनाव तक तदर्थ कार्यकारिणी का गठन करने की जिम्मेदारी
बैठक में यह भी निर्णय लिया गया कि मदनपाल सिंह बीदावत को आगामी नियमित चुनाव तक अध्यक्ष पद की जिम्मेदारी सौंपी जाएगी और वे इस अवधि के लिए एक नई तदर्थ कार्यकारिणी का गठन करेंगे। यह तदर्थ कार्यकारिणी संघ की गतिविधियों का संचालन करेगी और कर्मचारियों से जुड़े मुद्दों को आगे बढ़ाने में सक्रिय भूमिका निभाएगी, जिससे संगठनात्मक कार्यों में निरंतरता बनी रहे।
विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन से संवाद को बताया प्राथमिकता
नवनियुक्त अध्यक्ष मदनपाल सिंह बीदावत ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि अशैक्षणिक कर्मचारियों की विभिन्न समस्याओं और मांगों के समाधान के लिए विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन से सकारात्मक और निरंतर वार्तालाप किया जाएगा। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि कर्मचारियों से जुड़े सेवा संबंधी मामलों, वेतन, पदोन्नति, कार्यस्थितियों और कल्याणकारी मुद्दों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर उठाया जाएगा। बीदावत ने सहयोग और संवाद के माध्यम से समाधान निकालने पर जोर देते हुए कहा कि टकराव की बजाय समन्वय से ही स्थायी और प्रभावी परिणाम प्राप्त किए जा सकते हैं।
