उज्बेकिस्तान और कज़ाख़िस्तान की नागरिक, ठहरने के उद्देश्य की जांच
पुलिस ने बताया कि प्रारंभिक पूछताछ में सामने आया है कि गिरफ्तार की गई दोनों महिलाएं उज्बेकिस्तान और कज़ाख़िस्तान की नागरिक हैं। फिलहाल उनके भारत आने के उद्देश्य, वीज़ा शर्तों के पालन और बीकानेर में ठहरने की अवधि की गहन जांच की जा रही है। यह भी पता लगाया जा रहा है कि कहीं वे अपने वीज़ा की शर्तों का उल्लंघन तो नहीं कर रही थीं।
मकान मालिक रोचक गुप्ता और बाबूलाल सैनी पर दर्ज हुआ मामला
इस पूरे मामले में पुलिस ने मकान मालिक रोचक गुप्ता और बाबूलाल सैनी नामक एक अन्य व्यक्ति के खिलाफ भी मामला दर्ज किया है। आरोप है कि उन्होंने विदेशी नागरिकों को अपने मकान में ठहराया, लेकिन इसकी सूचना पुलिस को नहीं दी और न ही C-फॉर्म भरवाया। कानून के अनुसार, किसी भी व्यक्ति द्वारा विदेशी नागरिकों को ठहराने पर उनकी जानकारी स्थानीय पुलिस को देना अनिवार्य होता है। इस लापरवाही को गंभीर अपराध मानते हुए पुलिस ने दोनों के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी है।
विदेशी नागरिकों से जुड़े कानूनों के तहत कार्रवाई
पुलिस अधिकारियों ने बताया कि इस प्रकरण में विदेशी अधिनियम और अन्य संबंधित धाराओं के तहत केस दर्ज किया गया है। मामले की जांच में यह भी देखा जा रहा है कि क्या इस ठहराव के पीछे कोई संगठित नेटवर्क या अन्य मकान भी शामिल हैं, जहां इसी तरह नियमों की अनदेखी की जा रही है।

बीकानेर पुलिस अधीक्षक कावेंद्र सागर ने जिले में कानून व्यवस्था और सुरक्षा को लेकर सख्त निर्देश दे रखे हैं। उनके निर्देशन में शहरी क्षेत्रों में विदेशी नागरिकों, किरायेदारों और संदिग्ध गतिविधियों को लेकर लगातार जांच अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। सीओ सिटी अनुज डाल के नेतृत्व में पुलिस टीमें सक्रिय हैं और कोटगेट थाना प्रभारी धीरेंद्र सिंह द्वारा इस कार्रवाई को अंजाम दिया गया।
पुलिस का सख्त संदेश, लापरवाही नहीं होगी बर्दाश्त
पुलिस अधिकारियों ने साफ संदेश दिया है कि विदेशी नागरिकों को अवैध रूप से ठहराने या नियमों की अनदेखी करने वालों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी। मकान मालिकों, होटल संचालकों और आम नागरिकों से अपील की गई है कि वे कानून का पालन करें और किसी भी विदेशी नागरिक के ठहरने की सूचना तुरंत पुलिस को दें।
