Union Home Minister Amit Shah To Visit Bikaner On May 25-26, Scheduled To Interact With BSF Jawans Near Border Sector
Union Home Minister Amit Shah is scheduled to visit Bikaner, Rajasthan, on May 25 and 26 as part of an important border and security-related tour in the desert sector. The visit is expected to focus on border security preparedness, interaction with Border Security Force personnel, and review of infrastructure and welfare initiatives for troops deployed in sensitive frontier areas.
According to the schedule shared by district media coordinator Kamal Gehlot, the Union Home and Cooperation Minister will arrive in Bikaner from Delhi by a special aircraft at around 10:20 PM on May 25. Following his arrival, he will reach the BSF Sector Headquarters in Bikaner at approximately 10:45 PM, where he will stay overnight.
On May 26, Amit Shah will begin his official engagements from the BSF Sector Headquarters at 10:20 AM and will depart by helicopter for Border Post Sanchu, a strategically important forward area along the India-Pakistan border region in Rajasthan. During his visit to the border post, he is scheduled to participate in a tree plantation drive, attend a soldiers’ conference, and interact directly with BSF jawans deployed in the harsh desert terrain between 11:10 AM and 11:40 AM.
The Union Home Minister will later participate in the e-inauguration ceremony of newly developed women barracks at around 12:40 PM, highlighting the government’s continued emphasis on strengthening facilities and living conditions for women personnel serving in border security forces.
Following the official engagements, lunch has been scheduled from 12:50 PM to 2:00 PM. Time between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM has been reserved for internal meetings and other official programs. Amit Shah is expected to depart for Delhi from Bikaner Airport at approximately 6:25 PM in the evening.
The visit is being seen as strategically significant amid continued focus on border management, infrastructure development, and operational preparedness across the western frontier. Security arrangements in Bikaner and adjoining border sectors are also expected to be heightened ahead of the high-profile visit.

अमित शाह का बीकानेर दौरा 25 और 26 मई को, सीमा क्षेत्र में BSF जवानों से करेंगे संवाद, कई महत्वपूर्ण कार्यक्रमों में होंगे शामिल
केंद्रीय गृह एवं सहकारिता मंत्री अमित शाह 25 और 26 मई को राजस्थान के बीकानेर दौरे पर रहेंगे। यह दौरा सुरक्षा, सीमा प्रबंधन और सीमा पर तैनात जवानों के मनोबल से जुड़ा महत्वपूर्ण दौरा माना जा रहा है। इस दौरान वे बीएसएफ अधिकारियों और जवानों से मुलाकात करेंगे तथा सीमा क्षेत्र में चल रही व्यवस्थाओं और सुविधाओं की समीक्षा भी करेंगे।
जिला मीडिया संयोजक कमल गहलोत द्वारा जारी कार्यक्रम के अनुसार अमित शाह 25 मई की रात विशेष विमान से दिल्ली से रवाना होकर लगभग 10:20 बजे बीकानेर पहुंचेंगे। इसके बाद वे रात 10:45 बजे बीएसएफ सेक्टर मुख्यालय पहुंचेंगे, जहां उनका रात्रि विश्राम रहेगा।
26 मई की सुबह केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री बीएसएफ सेक्टर मुख्यालय से हेलीकॉप्टर द्वारा सीमा चौकी सांचू के लिए रवाना होंगे। सीमा क्षेत्र में वे वृक्षारोपण कार्यक्रम में भाग लेंगे, सैनिक सम्मेलन को संबोधित करेंगे तथा सीमा पर तैनात जवानों के साथ संवाद भी करेंगे। यह कार्यक्रम सुबह 11:10 बजे से 11:40 बजे तक आयोजित होगा।
इसके बाद अमित शाह महिला बैरकों के ई-उद्घाटन कार्यक्रम में शामिल होंगे। यह कार्यक्रम दोपहर 12:40 बजे निर्धारित है। महिला सुरक्षा बल कर्मियों के लिए बेहतर सुविधाओं और आधारभूत ढांचे को मजबूत करने की दिशा में इस कार्यक्रम को महत्वपूर्ण माना जा रहा है।
दोपहर 12:50 बजे से 2:00 बजे तक मध्याह्न भोजन का कार्यक्रम रखा गया है। वहीं दोपहर 2:00 बजे से शाम 6:00 बजे तक विभिन्न बैठकों और अन्य आरक्षित कार्यक्रमों के लिए समय निर्धारित किया गया है।
शाम 6:25 बजे अमित शाह बीकानेर एयरपोर्ट से दिल्ली के लिए रवाना होंगे। उनके दौरे को पश्चिमी सीमा क्षेत्र में सुरक्षा व्यवस्थाओं, जवानों के मनोबल और सीमा अवसंरचना विकास के दृष्टिकोण से बेहद महत्वपूर्ण माना जा रहा है। बीकानेर सहित आसपास के सीमावर्ती क्षेत्रों में सुरक्षा व्यवस्थाएं भी कड़ी की जा रही हैं।
