वित्त विभाग को अविलंब कार्रवाई के निर्देश

जयपुर। राजस्थान न्यायिक कर्मचारी संघ के प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने डिप्टी सीएम श्रीमती दिया कुमारी से विधानसभा में शिष्टाचार भेंट की और संघ के पुनर्गठन को लेकर एक ज्ञापन सौंपा। प्रतिनिधिमंडल में संघ के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष सुरेंद्र नारायण जोशी, महामंत्री पदम पंडित, वरिष्ठ उपाध्यक्ष सुनील कुमार शर्मा एवं न्यायालय कर्मचारी बचत साख सहकारी समिति जयपुर के अध्यक्ष अनिल पारीक शामिल थे।

प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने न्यायिक कर्मचारियों की संवर्ग पुनर्गठन, वेतन विसंगति, पदोन्नति एवं अन्य प्रशासनिक मांगों को लेकर चर्चा की और सरकार से शीघ्र समाधान की अपील की। उन्होंने बताया कि न्यायिक कर्मचारियों की विभिन्न समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए संघ लंबे समय से प्रयासरत है और इस दिशा में ठोस कार्रवाई की आवश्यकता है।

डिप्टी सीएम दिया कुमारी ने वित्त विभाग को भेजा ज्ञापन

डिप्टी सीएम दिया कुमारी ने संघ के ज्ञापन को गंभीरता से लेते हुए वित्त विभाग को अविलंब आवश्यक कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि न्यायिक कर्मचारियों की समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए सरकार पूरी तरह प्रतिबद्ध है और उनके संवर्ग पुनर्गठन की मांग को उचित मंच पर रखा जाएगा।

इस दौरान संघ के पदाधिकारियों ने राज्य सरकार की ओर से कर्मचारियों के हित में उठाए जा रहे कदमों की सराहना की और आशा जताई कि उनकी मांगों पर शीघ्र सकारात्मक निर्णय लिया जाएगा।

संघ के अध्यक्ष सुरेंद्र नारायण जोशी ने कहा, “हम सरकार से न्यायिक कर्मचारियों की लंबित मांगों को शीघ्र पूरा करने की उम्मीद रखते हैं। डिप्टी सीएम द्वारा ज्ञापन को वित्त विभाग को भेजने का निर्णय स्वागत योग्य है।”

महामंत्री पदम पंडित ने कहा, “न्यायिक कर्मचारियों की सेवा शर्तों में सुधार से न्याय व्यवस्था को और अधिक सुदृढ़ किया जा सकेगा। हमें विश्वास है कि सरकार इस दिशा में आवश्यक कदम उठाएगी।”

यह मुलाकात न्यायिक कर्मचारियों की समस्याओं को सरकार तक पहुंचाने और उनके समाधान की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम मानी जा रही है। संघ के पदाधिकारी शीघ्र ही वित्त विभाग के अधिकारियों से भी मुलाकात कर अपनी मांगों को और मजबूती से प्रस्तुत करेंगे।

Finance Department Directed for Immediate Action

Jaipur. A delegation of the Rajasthan Judicial Employees’ Union met Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari in the Vidhan Sabha and submitted a memorandum regarding the reorganization of the union. The delegation included State President Surendra Narayan Joshi, General Secretary Padam Pandit, Senior Vice President Sunil Kumar Sharma, and Jaipur Judicial Employees’ Savings and Credit Cooperative Society President Anil Pareek.

During the meeting, the delegation discussed cadre restructuring, salary discrepancies, promotions, and other administrative demands of judicial employees. They urged the government to take prompt action to resolve these longstanding issues.

Deputy CM Directs Finance Department for Immediate Action

Deputy CM Diya Kumari took the memorandum seriously and immediately directed the Finance Department to take necessary action. She assured the delegation that the government is committed to addressing the concerns of judicial employees and that their demand for cadre restructuring would be presented at the appropriate forum.

The union representatives appreciated the steps taken by the state government for employees’ welfare and expressed hope for a swift and positive resolution to their demands.

Union President Surendra Narayan Joshi stated, “We hope the government will soon fulfill the pending demands of judicial employees. The Deputy CM’s decision to forward the memorandum to the Finance Department is a positive step.”

General Secretary Padam Pandit added, “Improving the service conditions of judicial employees will strengthen the judicial system. We trust that the government will take the necessary steps in this regard.”

This meeting is considered a significant step in conveying the concerns of judicial employees to the government and working towards their resolution. The union officials also plan to meet Finance Department officials soon to reinforce their demands.
