बीकानेर मिलिट्री स्टेशन में आवारा कुत्तों का आतंक: मासूम को बनाया निशाना, प्रशासन पर उठे गंभीर सवाल

बीकानेर। शहर में आवारा कुत्तों का बढ़ता आतंक अब सैन्य क्षेत्र तक पहुंच गया है। बीकानेर मिलिट्री स्टेशन में 22 मार्च को एक बेहद दर्दनाक घटना सामने आई, जहां एक मासूम बच्चे पर आवारा कुत्तों ने हमला कर दिया। हमले में बच्चे के शरीर के निचले हिस्से पर गहरे और खून से लथपथ घाव हो गए। गंभीर स्थिति में बच्चे को तुरंत सैन्य अस्पताल (MH) ले जाया गया, जहां उसका उपचार जारी है।
प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों के अनुसार, कुत्तों ने अचानक बच्चे को घेर लिया और उस पर बुरी तरह झपट पड़े। जब तक आसपास मौजूद लोग कुछ समझ पाते, तब तक बच्चा गंभीर रूप से घायल हो चुका था। घटना के बाद क्षेत्र में दहशत का माहौल है और परिजनों में भारी आक्रोश देखा जा रहा है।
यह घटना कोई पहली नहीं है। इससे पहले बीकानेर के समीप ऊपनी गांव में भी एक चार वर्षीय मासूम पर आवारा कुत्तों के झुंड ने हमला कर सिर की चमड़ी तक नोच ली थी, जिससे उसकी हालत बेहद गंभीर हो गई थी। लगातार हो रही इन घटनाओं ने यह स्पष्ट कर दिया है कि जिले में आवारा कुत्तों की समस्या विकराल रूप ले चुकी है।
स्थानीय लोगों का कहना है कि मिलिट्री स्टेशन जैसे संवेदनशील क्षेत्र में भी यदि बच्चों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित नहीं हो पा रही है, तो आम नागरिकों की स्थिति का अंदाजा लगाया जा सकता है। लोगों ने आरोप लगाया कि प्रशासन की लापरवाही और ठोस कार्रवाई के अभाव के कारण कुत्तों के झुंड बेखौफ होकर घूम रहे हैं।
नागरिकों ने मांग की है कि प्रशासन तत्काल प्रभाव से आवारा कुत्तों को पकड़ने, नसबंदी और पुनर्वास की ठोस व्यवस्था करे। साथ ही संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों में सुरक्षा बढ़ाई जाए ताकि भविष्य में ऐसी घटनाओं की पुनरावृत्ति रोकी जा सके।
लगातार हो रही इन घटनाओं ने प्रशासन की कार्यप्रणाली पर गंभीर सवाल खड़े कर दिए हैं। अब देखना होगा कि प्रशासन कब तक जागता है और मासूमों की सुरक्षा के लिए ठोस कदम उठाता है
Stray Dog Menace Reaches Bikaner Military Station: Child Brutally Attacked, Serious Questions Raised on Administration
Bikaner: The growing menace of stray dogs in the city has now reached even sensitive military areas. A deeply disturbing incident came to light on March 22 at the Bikaner Military Station, where a young child was viciously attacked by a pack of stray dogs. The attack left the child with severe, blood-soaked injuries on the lower part of the body. The child was immediately rushed to the Military Hospital (MH), where treatment is currently ongoing.
According to eyewitnesses, the dogs suddenly surrounded the child and launched a brutal attack. Before people nearby could react or intervene, the child had already sustained serious injuries. The incident has created an atmosphere of fear in the area, while the family members of the victim are visibly outraged.
This is not an isolated case. Earlier, in Upni village near Bikaner, a four-year-old child was also attacked by a pack of stray dogs, who reportedly tore off parts of the scalp, leaving the child in critical condition. Such repeated incidents indicate that the stray dog problem in the district has taken a dangerous and alarming turn.
Local residents have raised serious concerns, stating that if safety cannot be ensured even within a military station, it raises troubling questions about the security of common citizens. People have alleged that administrative negligence and lack of concrete action have allowed stray dog packs to roam freely without fear.
Citizens have demanded immediate intervention, including measures such as capturing stray dogs, implementing sterilization programs, and proper rehabilitation. They have also called for increased security in sensitive areas to prevent such horrific incidents in the future.
The continuous occurrence of such attacks has put the functioning of the administration under serious scrutiny. The pressing question now is how long it will take for authorities to act decisively to ensure the safety of innocent lives.
